Shipping policy

  1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All seafood orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed. Order processing and dispatch services are suspended on weekends and Australian public holidays. Every batch of fresh seafood, including fish, shellfish, prawns and mollusks, is strictly inspected for freshness, quality and integrity before being vacuum-sealed and packaged for shipment, ensuring only premium products are dispatched to customers.
  2. International Shipping & Delivery Time

We provide worldwide international shipping for all fresh, frozen and chilled seafood products. Standard international delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, subject to destination country, local logistics efficiency and customs clearance procedures. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for customers who require faster delivery to guarantee seafood freshness.
  3. Shipping Fees & Transparent Pricing

All shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on the total order weight, package dimensions and delivery destination. We maintain fully transparent pricing with no hidden fees, surcharges or additional handling costs. Customers can view the exact final shipping charge before completing payment.
  4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International seafood shipments may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, quarantine fees or VAT imposed by the destination country’s authorities. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Our team does not cover, reimburse or take liability for any customs-related fees, delays or quarantine restrictions. We recommend customers check local food import and biosecurity regulations prior to placing an order.
  5. Professional Fresh & Frozen Seafood Packaging

All our seafood products require temperature-controlled logistics to preserve freshness. We adopt professional cold-chain packaging solutions, including food-grade vacuum sealing, insulated foam boxes, thick corrugated cartons and reusable ice packs/dry ice. This upgraded packaging effectively maintains low temperatures and prevents spoilage, leakage or damage during international transit. Shipping insurance is also available at checkout for high-value seafood orders for maximum protection.
  6. Delivery Inspection & After-Sales Support

Please inspect your seafood package immediately upon delivery. If you receive damaged packaging, leakage, defrosted goods or spoiled seafood, please capture clear photos or videos, refuse parcel signature, and contact our support team immediately.

If you discover product defects, freshness issues or accidental damage after signing for the parcel, please submit a support ticket with valid visual evidence within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will verify the case promptly and offer reasonable solutions, including full refunds, replacements or professional after-sales assistance.
  7. Shipping Exceptions & Delays

Occasional delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, biosecurity checks, adverse weather conditions, logistics congestion or unforeseen international transportation disruptions. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by uncontrollable external delays. However, we will actively track your shipment and update order status in a timely manner to keep you informed.
